Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Return & Exchange

You have 3 days after receiving an item to request for an return.

Return/Exchange shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

If the product is damage or you have received the wrong product, the shipping charges for the return/exchange will excluded.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed with in 2-5 days. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

We will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

Plush Toys Accessories purchased online will not be exchanged under any circumstance

Cancellations

If you change your mind within 12 hrs. of placing your order, you are eligible to cancel your order without being charged a cancellation fee.
